The Scavenger Hunt is a fun and exciting event that appeals to all ages in the family. Preschoolers to High Schoolers can share in the fun of our Scavenger Hunt.
Familes have a great time working together, searching around the local area taking photos and collecing items from the Scavenger Hunt List.
The Scavenger Hunt also makes it easy for you to recover some of your costs. We include 2 bonus questions on each Scavenger Hunt list in which participants must get someone to donate $5 to your organization and they must bring back a dessert for the entire group to share.

How Does It Work?
What happens before the EVENT:
1. School/organization sends out Event Notices & Registration flyers to families.
2. Families wishing to participate return their registration form.
3. The Organization collects registration forms & money (if charging to participate)
What happens on the Day of the Event:
1. The Carnival Party arrives 1 hour before your start time to set up tables, flags and tents.
2. Participants arrive and are greeted by the Carnival Party, given instructions and a hunt list.
3. Participants hunt for 1-2 hours around town looking for their items and printing their photos.
4. Participants return with their items and photos printed.
5. The Carnival Party checks them in and gives them supplies to make Posters to display their findings.
6. At the end of the event, The Organization Head awards first place with a trophy.
