Many Themes to Choose From! Pricing includes all set up, supplies and staffing necessary to run the Party.

All have special events or activities to engage your guests for 2.5 hours.

All include “take homes” of either candy, party favors, crafts or prizes! No need to shop for goody bags ~ they will take something home from the party from The Carnival Party!

Most options are for kids 4-13 years of age to participate independently, while kids 2-4 may need assistance and supervision from adults as they participate.

Pricing Ranges $795-$995 for up to 30 participants. Includes Popcorn and Cotton Candy Buffet. In the event of inclement weather, we will provide Tent Covering for GAMES and ACTIVITIES to keep participants covered.

Each Birthday Party is very structured to keep your guests engaged and having a great time as a group.
What do you need to do to prepare our Birthday Party Service: Before the day of the event oBook and pay your deposit to secure you event. oInvite Guests and Keep track of how many KIDS we should plan for! If at any point you expect to exceed 30 – let us know and we will send you options for larger groups. oPlan for Food / Drinks / Cake as necessary for your event. oIf paying by CREDIT or DEBIT CARD, make your final payment before the day of the event. •On the day of the event oExpect us to arrive 1.5-2 Hours BEFORE your event start time to set up. oClear the driveway and prep the set up area as needed BEFORE we arrive. (ie. Mowing, picking up doggie piles, etc.) oKnow where your electrical outlets are located in the event we need to use them. oPlan for a 5–10-minute quick meeting when we arrive to go over the set up area and event. oIf paying in CASH for any discounts, make your final payment. •The Event oWe will start promptly at your scheduled time and go for the duration indicated on the flyer. (If you find you need us to start earlier, and we are ready and able to do so, keep in mind we will also end earlier) oThe Carnival Party will make announcements and run games and activities as planned for the theme. o If you wish for guests to “go home” after we are done, let us know if you need us to stop at any point for food / cake. •After we are done oWe will begin to break down and load our Van or Trailer. When choosing a set up location, we will take into consideration how we will be able to clean up without disrupting any activities that follow after us.
